SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING:

A flat rate on domestic postage with Australia Post is added in the checkout on completion of purchase. When there is no free shipping advertised, shipping costs are approximately $10.50 Regular and $18.95 Express Postage options are available via AusPost for customers that are Australia Wide. We will endeavor to keep this as updated as possible.

Please note, that at all other times unless stated/advertised, postage and shipping costs will be added to your purchase at checkout unless opting for pick up or delivery.

Pony Bay offers free express shipping on orders over $99.

We pride ourselves on our fast dispatch time. Orders placed before midday will be dispatched on the same day, unless they are advertised as pre-order or waitlist stock.

PICK UP:

Pick up available from Glengarry, VIC. Order ready within 2 hours on the same day, unless they are advertised as pre-order or waitlist stock.

DELIVERY OPTIONS:

Same day delivery available if within kms of 20km’s of 3854, if ordered by midday on the same day, unless they are advertised as pre-order or waitlist stock.

Same day gift hamper delivery offered to Latrobe Regional Hospital and Sale Hospital.

Returns, Exchanges, Damaged or Faulty Goods

Items that are purchased separately (e.g. baby clothes) for your own baby and delivered to your own address may be returned for a full refund if the item is still re-sellable (unworn with tag and undamaged). Please contact us first before returning the item.

If, in the event that something can be exchanged, all return postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the person returning the item. We will cover the cost to send out the new offering. We recommend that you return the product with a tracked option. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit.

If a product is damaged or lost when you receive your package, we will of course replace it for you or give you a refund should a replacement not be available to you. We must be notified within 14 days of receiving your parcel of any issues and the product is to be returned immediately following, if allowable. Please do not return any items to us unless we have sent you a confirmation email and our postage address.

If product is unavailable at time of shipping, we will activate a refund in which case we will make contact with the purchaser.

This returns policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.
